How to Purchase and Link a Shell eGift Card — Plus What to Do If You Don’t Receive a Confirmation Email

1. Open the Shell App and tap More icon (• • •) from the bottom menu and select “Wallet”.   
2. Tap "Shell eGift Card" and select "Buy eGift Card +". You’ll be redirected to the Shell Gift Cards website (buyshellgiftcards.com) to complete your purchase.
3. Fill out the web form and submit your payment details.  
4. Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. The eGift Card is typically delivered within 10 minutes, or at the scheduled time you selected during checkout.

• Linking Your Shell eGift Card

After receiving your confirmation email, follow these steps to link your eGift Card in the Shell App:

1. Open the Shell App and tap More icon (• • •) from the bottom menu and tap "Wallet".
2. Select "Shell eGift Cards", then tap "Add eGift Card".
3. Enter the Card Number and PIN found in your confirmation email.
4. Tap "Add Shell eGift Card" to complete the process. Once added, your card balance will appear on the screen, along with a confirmation message.
