- Verify Your Payment Method: Ensure that your linked card or account is active and correctly entered.
- Update the App: Visit the App Store or Google Play to confirm you're using the latest version of the Shell App.
- Contact Support: If the issue persists, reach out to Shell App Support through the Help section in the App or visit the Shell website for assistance.
