What is the Fuel Rewards® program and how do I check my membership status?

The Fuel Rewards® program at Shell is a free loyalty program that helps you save money on fuel. Customers earn discounts on fuel whenever they use their Fuel Rewards® Card, ALT ID (phone number), or linked payment card at the pump or inside a participating Shell station.

How to Join:

Note: Not all Shell stations participate in the Fuel Rewards® program.

Check Your Membership Status:

  • Download the Fuel Rewards® App from the App Store or Google Play Store
  • Contact member support at support@fuelrewards.com or 1-888-603-0473
