I received an email/text/call stating that I won a Shell Gas Card sweepstakes

It’s important to be vigilant when receiving offers that seem too good to be true. Shell and Fuel Rewards will never ask winners to pay for shipping of any prizes or ask for money. Please be aware of suspicious emails, SMS, or Facebook offers from non-Shell or non-Fuel Rewards sources that may ask for payment or your personal information.

Valid Shell offers will be emailed from a Shell or Fuel Rewards domain (@shell.com, @fuelrewards.com, @email.fuelrewards.com). If you receive a suspicious email, SMS, or Facebook offer, please flag it as spam and/or report it as fraud. Do not click on any of the links and do not reply.

If you have concerns about whether an offer you’ve received is a scam, please visit Shell’s Fraud and Scam Alert page via this link to help you identify red flags. Alternatively, you may send us an enquiry via our Feedback Form. Thank you for your vigilance.
