How do I register my Shell Credit Card/ Shell MasterCard online?

To register and activate your Shell Branded Credit Card online, please refer to the following the steps:

  • Go to the Shell Citibank website.
  • Click the "Register Your Card"  to get started. Note to prepare your card number, then "Continue"
  • If you don't have your card number on hand, click "I don't have my card on hand" for further verification.
  • Create your user ID and set password. 
  • Once completed, you may log in and start enjoying all the benefits of your online account.

How do I log in to my Shell Credit Card/ Shell MasterCard account online?

To log in to your Shell Branded Credit Card account online, 

  • Go to the Shell Citibank website.
  • Enter your registered user ID and password.
  • Once you have entered the details, click the "Sign On" button.
    • If you forgot your user ID, please click the "Retrieve User ID" button.
    • If you forgot your password, please click the "Reset Password" button.
  • Once successfully logged in, you may start enjoying all the benefits of your online account.

How do I pay my Shell Credit Card/Shell MasterCard bill online?

If you have registered your Shell Credit Card account online, please refer to the following the steps for online payment:

  • Sign in to your Shell Credit Card account by visiting the Shell Citibank website.
  • If this is your first time to make a payment online, please prepare the information of the account from where you will make payment.
  • If you already added your payment account, please proceed to select your desired account to complete paying your bill.

For Shell Personal, Shell Drive for Five and Shell | Fuel Rewards® credit card concerns, please call the Shell Credit Services Customer Service help desk at 1-800-331-3703 (TTY: Use 711 or other Relay Service).

For Shell Platinum Select MasterCard and Shell | Fuel Rewards® MasterCard credit card concerns, please call the Shell MasterCard Credit Services Customer Service help desk at 1-866-743-5562 (TTY: Use 711 or other Relay Service).

For Shell Saver Card account please call the Shell Saver Card help desk at 1-877-278-0083.
