Qualification Periods and Benefit Periods follow a quarterly calendar cycle:
Q1: January – March
Q2: April – June
Q3: July – September
Q4: October – December
Your tier status for an upcoming benefit quarter is determined by your performance in the immediately preceding qualification quarter.
If you meet the requirements for a higher tier at any point within your qualification period, your status will be upgraded immediately. You will maintain this upgraded status for the rest of the current quarter and throughout the next benefit quarter.
If you do not meet the requirements to maintain that tier in the following qualification period, your status will adjust to the tier you qualify for in the next quarter.

Existing members should log into the Shell App using their current Shell® Fuel Rewards® credentials, and their rewards and balances will transfer automatically to the Shell App account.
