What to do when I didn’t receive the discount when I made a transaction using the Shell App?

If you have not received your Fuel Rewards® discount when you transacted using the Shell App, kindly follow the following steps:

1. Make sure that your Fuel Rewards account is linked with your shell pay and save account (if linked, you should see your lifetime savings and rewards status on the shell App)

2. Make sure that you have set up your 4-digit pin with your Fuel Rewards account (contact Fuel Rewards for information and assistance) and

3. Call the Fuel Rewards® Help Desk at 1-888-603-0473 or you may e-mail them at support@fuelrewards.com.
