What to do when I receive error E015/E016 in the Shell app?

If you received errors E015 or E016 when transacting using the Shell app, please contact your financial institution or the number at the back of the card of your chosen payment method.

For Shell Drive for Five and Shell | Fuel Rewards® credit card holders, please call the Shell Credit Services Customer Service help desk at 1-800-331-3703.
