If you have not received your W-2 or W-9 and worked at a Shell gas station you will need to go back to the station and speak with the store Manger or Owner to pick up your documents or to inquire as to where they were mailed.
If you don't have the phone number or contact information to the station you can speak with one of our specialists from Shell Customer Care by calling 1-888-467-4355 we operate from Monday to Friday: 7 AM - 8 PM Central Time excluding public holidays, and we'll be glad to assist you.
If you call the Shell Customer Care line, you will need to know the address, city and state as our US Shell branded stations are independently owned and operated, therefore Shell corporate has no access to your personal working status or documentation.
If you do not get a response from the Manger or Owner please contact the US IRS at:

- Mail Request. Mail a “4506-T” (Request for Transcript of Tax Return) form, which can be found on the “Printable Forms” section of our web page (hostos.cuny.edu/ofa).
