If you have not received your W-2 or W-9 and worked at a Shell gas station, you will need to go back to the station and speak with the store manager or owner to pick up your documents or to inquire as to where they were mailed.

When you call the Shell Customer Care line, you will need to know the address, city and state as our US Shell branded stations are independently owned and operated, therefore Shell corporate has no access to your personal working status or documentation.
